With over 60 years of combined real estate experience, David McCorkle and Don Stephens of LKW Realty (Lake Wylie Realty) have sold more waterfront homes on Lake Wylie than anyone else.
I was thrilled when they formed LKW Realty and came to me to do their website. They wanted a site that would not only showcase their listings, but provide an easy methodology to search all the available waterfront listings on the lake.
They also wanted to be able to write content about specific neighborhoods, and a way for the site toautomatically show all the current listings available in each neighborhood without having to continuously update them.
David told me he wanted the website to be state of the art with the latest development tools including social media, and he expected the site to do well with Google and the other search engines. I told him that a site left on its own will probably not rank well, but that if they added content on a regular basis over time, the site would rank well. They have been doing a great job, and after just a short period of time, they are on page 1 for many of their search terms!
