Carrington Real Estate Services, a national real estate brokerage licensed in 22 states, says it’s expanding its coverage in New York, Illinois and Georgia with three new offices.
The new Farmingville, N.Y. office will be led by Rachel Fernandez, a real estate broker since 1992 who is bringing her team to Carrington.
Carrington’s Stockbridge, Ga. office will be led by Dionne Fuller, who is aiming to grow the sales team from seven agents to 50 within the next year.
The Arlington Heights, Ill. office will be led by Paul Ambrogio, an Illinois real estate broker of 23 years who’s also been tasked with preparing the 10-person office “for rapid growth,” the company said.
Carrington Real Estate Services also named Lori Wyatt as the new leader of the company’s Chicago office, and Melanie Goocher as local office leader in Velencia, Calif.
One of 18 real estate-related companies under the Carrington Holding Company LLC umbrella, Carrington Real Estate Services claims 33 corporately owned and operated branch offices with approximately 1,200 sales professionals.
