Creative illustrations by Beth-Emily

Gorgeous illustrations by Australian artist Beth-Emily

Beth-Emily's approach to observing or cataloging forms in nature is not scientific. Nor does Beth-Emily attempt to accurately depict or replicate the real-life subjects that she studies. Instead, Beth-Emily works by finding the unique idiosyncrasies that exist in a subject and applies these characteristics to her artworks by combining them with imagery created by her imagination.

In effect, Beth-Emily creates a hybrid of sorts, which ultimately bridge the two realms of the physical world and the world of the imagination, through the vehicle of illustration and design.

Both illustrations pictured here, Hummingbird and Bird of Paradise, are now available as poster size on 100% recycled paper (note these are not white print stock) at cushionspot.com.au for only $14.95.
