Sometimes, I like to air dry my hair in a loose bun. I usually air dry my hair with it hanging down (loose) or in twists while doing "The Scarf Method" around the perimeter of my hairline. This combination works best for me.
I find that bunning my hair while I'm drying it really helps to lock moisture into the hair. It helps to keep my cuticles uniform and my hair feels great overall. Some say it's better to air dry your hair while it's in a "structured state" i.e. twists, braids, banding, etc. verses having it hang loosely. What do you think?
What works best for you and hair while air drying?
