It might be Spring Break time, but we're already planning for a summer beachside getaway at Hidden Pond, a longtime favorite boutique resort with private cottages in Kennbunkport, Maine. Hidden Pond is also home to Earth, a fantastic restaurant overseen by Boston chef Ken Oringer and helmed by chef Justin Walker, formerly of Arrows in Ogunquit, Maine.
Walker and his wife (who is also the restaurant's General Manager) provide much of the restaurant's fresh produce and milk from their own farm and Walker enthusiastically leads foraging expeditions for the resort's guests. Earth may not open until May, but Walker recently gave Epicurious a preview of some of his delicious Spring dishes.
See our exclusive preview photos of Earth's Spring menu after the jump!

Seared Maine Scallops, Wood-Fired Heirloom Carrots, Sunflower Seeds, Preserved Lemon
