Asparagus Season!

Fresh asparagus is one the brightest stars of spring. The tender spears are are not only delicious, but versatile as well. Asparagus is great sauteed, steamed, pureed in a soup, and it makes an amazing pesto. So now is the time to enjoy this springtime vegetable, and here are some ways to get started.
