The British design studio McCollin Bryan, headed up by designers Don McCollin and Maureen Bryan, may not yet be a household name, but its range of dazzling resin-topped tables is fast becoming an instantly recognizable design commodity. The company’s Tinted Lens line of coffee and side tables is comprised of thick slabs of lustrous resin nestled atop simple, linear bases of varying metals. A range of sumptuous, jewel-toned colors—amethyst, emerald, citrine, amber—and metal finishes in brass, nickel and patinated steel allow Tinted Lens tables to straddle an enviable line between Art Deco’s glamour and Minimalism’s grace. Glamour and grace: no wonder we’re smitten.
