Hello,
I wanted to share my experience with the Sr. Management at Boxer Property regarding our new space here at 75 Executive Dr. in Aurora, IL. I started my search for new office space around the February time frame, and that is when I met Trent Turner. I worked with Trent to identify our space, the terms of the lease and the general build out. We have signed a 5 year lease based on rent, location and Trent's positive representation of the "Boxer Model". Trent was very professional but also had a great mix of personal interest in our business and our office space - more importantly he was able to deliver on all items he committed to in the lease and was great to work with!
Trent was eventually moved out to a different property and Mary Lou Rogers was hired to manage the building. I have worked with Mary Lou during the build out of our suite through our move-in last week. I will say that Mary Lou is a fantastic representative for Boxer Property as well! She has been over the top in her follow up and her concern for our interests in the build out with the general contractor. She is a very positive influence in the building on a daily basis and takes a personal ownership for the building - a rare quality which is significantly different from all of the other places where I have leased space over the years. I have and will continue to recommend our building, and Boxer Property to all of my business contacts who will be looking for office space.
So far, my experience has been outstanding and I thank Trent Turner and Mary Lou Rogers for this! I look forward to a long relationship with Boxer and have been very satisfied to date with the entire process.
