Colliers International closes pair of leases at Ann Arbor office park

Colliers International Ann Arbor completed two separate leases totaling 26,524 square feet at The Wickfield Center office park in Ann Arbor, Mich. Huron IP Research Group leased 13,585 square feet of office space on the third floor of 100 Phoenix Drive. Aysling Digital Media Solutions leased 12,939 square feet also on the third floor of this building. Jim Chaconas and Brendan Cavender of Colliers International Ann Arbor represented the landlord, Wickfield Properties, LLC, in these transactions. They also represent both tenants.
